IT’S TIME TO UPDATE YOUR MEMBERS APP

The Members App will be undergoing a major upgrade on Thursday 16th, at 7pm. This update is specific to the Caring for you Members App.

There will be a short amount of downtime during the upgrade so please be aware that you will not be able to accept shifts or submit timesheets during this time.

If you have your app set to auto update there is nothing you need to do, it will be business as usual, just with a new look filtering system. If you are set to manual update, please delete the App, and re-install it after this time to ensure all features are updated correctly.

Please find a link to an instructional video on how to set your new shift filters.

If you do not set the filter nothing will change for you, you will still see all shifts as a default, but you now have the ability to set multiple filters and only see what you want to see. For Members living on a boarder, you will now be able to set a filter for Proximity which will override the boarder limitations.

For example, if you live in Tweed, you can now set your filter to 50kms and see all the shifts on the Gold Coast without having to rely on the Allocations team to call you for the cross-border shifts.

Please keep in mind that if you set your filters to 5km’s from home you will be limited to only seeing shifts within this distance and make it very difficult for you to find a shift.

You can clear your filters and reset them as often as you like.
