Caring for You Nursing Agency was founded in 2004 by Lousie and Steve Thomson with just three nurses on the books on the Mornington Peninsula and has become a leading provider of quality and compassionate nursing care. The international award-winning, Agency is a family-owned business and is Australia’s largest nurse-owned and led privately owned nursing agency.
Louise Thomson RN RM, spoke often of the benefits of the flexibility agency work offered, stating “As a young mother and Nurse, I loved the flexibility of Agency work but was constantly disappointed by the lack of empathy and care for both Nurses and Clients. Putting our Nurses first was my founding vision and I believe it is because of this we are now the Largest Nurse Owned Agency in Australia.”
As a result of steadfast growth over 20 years, we now specialise in the provision of exceptional quality personnel and customer service to all sectors of the healthcare industry. Our 8000 Member base works across Aged Care, Private and Public Hospitals, Community Nursing, and Home Care services, across New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia, and Queensland.
Steve is enormously proud of our team, as Bec Thomson CEO now leads us into this 20th year of operations and into the next decade and beyond.
