C4U have required competencies to be completed by personnel each year including infection control, CPR, fire safety, OH&S, elder abuse to name a few. We also provide many other training courses to our personnel, including interactive workshops.

Our criteria when screening candidates is 6 months minimum paid experience for AINS or 2nd year nursing student who has completed a minimum of 2 clinical placements – 1 must have been in Aged Care.

Our standard minimum shift booking time is 4 hours.

Providing as much notice to our allocations team for a shift request will give the allocations team a greater chance of filling the shift. However, we will always try our best to fill shifts with an ASAP start time.

Our allocations team are available 365 days a year, 5:00am until 11:00pm.

Absolutely! By placing your bookings in advance, we can facilitate specific personnel requests for your organisation.

No, we simply request that you acknowledge our terms of business and associated fees for service via our service agreement document. This service agreement does not preclude you from utilising other service providers.

Simply call 1300 369 206 and our home and community care coordinator will assist you through the process. We will arrange for a home care assessment to ascertain the specific care requirements and source the best possible personnel to meet your needs.

Care staff can provide assistance with activities of daily living, domestic assistance and social supports. While our nursing staff provide more complex care needs such as medication management, wound care, and palliative care services.

Yes, our minimum shift booking time is 3 concurrent hours.

Caring For You has a robust COVID 19 safe plan in place. Heightened infection control training and awareness has been adopted and all personnel wear appropriate PPE. Physical distancing where practical is also adhered to.

Yes, we will endeavour to provide continuity of care when possible. This is achieved by scheduling your bookings in advance to ensure your preferred care giver/nurse is available.

Yes, all our personnel have undergone our strict recruitment process to ensure they hold appropriate qualifications, training, and experience. All personnel hold current Police Checks and Working with Children’s Check (where appropriate).
