Laura joined the Caring For You team in 2017 in Recruitment before starting our Human Resources department. A Registered Nurse who completed her Bachelor of Nursing and Community Health in 2013 at Monash University, Laura has used her clinical expertise in paediatric nursing to grow and nurture our team. As the People and Culture Manager, Laura is responsible for improving HR processes and fostering our caring culture. She leads initiatives such as leadership coaching, strategy and organisational design, talent and performance management, change management, and recruitment. She has also implemented our Wellness Calendar, which aims to raise awareness and promote wellbeing in the workplace.
