Payslips will be sent out Wednesday afternoon before the close of business hours.
Payslips will be sent to your personal email, and you can locate this on the Caring For You Member’s App under “Payroll Details”. If you cannot locate your payslips in your emails, we suggest you check your junk or spam folders and ensure Caring For You is selected as a “safe sender”.

Payments are processed on Thursday morning each week. Payment may take up to two business days to reflect in their account depending on their bank processing times. If you do not receive your pay within the two-business day period, please contact the Finance Department as soon as possible.

Payment is made one week in arrears, for example your weekly pay is for the Monday-Sunday of the previous week.

Unfortunately, we do not accept paper forms so please log into your Caring For You Member’s App and complete the “TFN Declaration Form”. Once we have this information, the Australian Tax Office will approximately take two days to process this.

Please log into the Caring For You Member’s App and on the menu bar, please select “Payroll Details” and update your bank details accordingly.

In accordance with the Modern Nursing Award, the applicable public holiday rate is 2.5X the un-casualised base rate of pay, your rates with C4U do include casual loading, and as a result the public holiday rate is not exactly 2.5X the usual rate.

Salary sacrifice is available with your superannuation only. Unfortunately, there is no other option available.
Unfortunately, salary packaging is not available.

Please be advised that in line with the Fair Work Commission decision, all gazetted increases, including CPI, Superannuation and the Aged Care Workers increase, take effect from the first full pay period on after the 30 June 2023.   

As the first full pay period at Caring for You, commenced on Monday 3 July, the new pay rates, will be applied for the week ending Sunday 9 July 2023. 

The C4U Member's APP only works on Australian Mobile devices.

Yes absolutely. We understand that your uniform and ID badge will take a few days to arrive at your home address. In the meantime, you can attend shifts wearing either a plain, well presented navy, black or white polo shirt. Please advise the allocations team when they confirm your shift, so we they able to notify the client. 

Many of our available shifts are not released by our allocations team. We always call our members who have availability entered in their app as a first preference. The best way to be offered shifts is to always ensure that your availability is up to date. If you need assistance in entering your availability, please call the team on 1300 369 206.

We understand that sometimes traffic conditions or other things outside of your control may cause you to be slightly late for a shift. If you are running late, please call the allocations team on 1300 369 206 to advise of your estimated time of arrival to you shift.

As a nurse and/or midwife you are required to meet the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia’s (NMBA) registration standards, these obligations include having appropriate PII arrangements in place when you practise your profession. The NMBA’s Registration standard: Professional indemnity insurance arrangements requires enrolled nurses, registered nurses, nurse practitioners and midwives to hold insurance cover in their own name to retain evidence of their insurance and to provide it to the NMBA on request. Please note It is a compulsory requirement to hold your own PII when working as a registered practitioner with Caring for You to ensure adequate and appropriate cover for all aspects of your practice. Evidence of your current PII will be requested upon employment and or Upgrade as a registered practitioner within our organisation.
