TELL ME ABOUT THE ROLE.

• You will be responsible for but not limited to:
• Assisting/coordinating with the provision of care
• Care planning and assessing the needs of residents
• Management/supervision of safe medication administration
• Consultation with other multidisciplinary teams
• Establishing Rapport with those residents under your care
• Ensuring you are compliant with all policies, procedures, and legislation

KEY SELECTION CRITERIA

• You need to be AHPRA certified.
• Have sound knowledge of Aged Care quality standards.
• Have an understanding of the scope of practice.
• Are able to provide 2 clinical referees
• Have a valid Police check
• Demonstrate valid Working Rights in Australia
• Previous experience in a similar setting is (desirable)
