Emma joined Caring for You in 2019 in Recruitment and Sales in Newcastle NSW. With 15 years’ experience working in the Aged Care Sector Emma is extremely passionate about providing a quality service and values strong communication and transparent relationships with all clients. Emma did a school-based traineeship and commenced her working life as an AIN in Aged Care therefore understands the day-to-day challenges working within a facility and uses her knowledge to advocate to the executive team. Emma also has extensive experience providing care choices to people entering care and management experience within the Independent Living space. Emma leads our Sales and Marketing departments. Emma’s favourite part of the job is getting out on the road visiting clients and providing information on how Caring for You can provide assistance with care for those in need.
