Our Recruitment Team

Our Recruitment offices are located in various locations throughout Metropolitan and Regional areas. Our Recruitment consultants are local to their area in which they Recruit and understand the requirements of that area. Caring for You aims to integrate into the areas in which we service. Local Consultants recruiting local personnel is important to us.

 Our Recruitment Team is Nurse lead - our selection criteria is based on current industry legislation and best practice as well as and specific client requirements. Every candidate is interviewed face to face ensuring we are able to best ascertain the applicant’s ability to connect and communicate as well as their required skill set. Our best practice in Recruitment processes is a hallmark of our service, as is our exceptional level of clinical knowledge within the team ensuring our members meet the highest of standards.

Our Client Relationship Consultants

Our National Operations Manager and National Business Development Manager who lead our Client Relationship Teams are both experienced, current practicing clinicians. With their undivided commitment to the industry and the Nursing Profession you can be reassured that our Client Relationship team always puts the needs of your organisation first.

Many of our Client  Relationship Consultants are Healthcare professionals whose lives have been committed to the industry, many of them remain actively working shifts with Caring for You as Nurses.

Our Team understands current legislative and best practice requirements, are up to date with industry training requirements and regulations. They are committed to building real relationships and ensuring that they have a true understanding of the requirements of each client.

Industry Seminars & Forums

Caring for You established and has sponsored “Managers in Aged Care (MIAC) Victoria.”  An opportunity for Aged Care professionals to meet and network and share ideas and experiences. The idea for MIAC Victoria came from Louise’s own 10-year membership with Peninsula Nurses in Aged Care (PENNAC) and her attendance at MIAC meetings in Queensland. In addition, our Client Relationship Consultants regularly attend industry forums, conferences, and seminars to keep them abreast of industry trends and developments.

Personnel Training & Professional Development

Additionally, to her Clinical background, Louise is also an accomplished trainer in both Healthcare and Customer Service. In her professional career she has been a Key Note speaker at Marketing & Customer Service seminars in every State of Australia and Hawaii.  In her Midwifery & Nursing career she has delivered Antenatal Courses for new parents and Louise O’Shea No Lift Training for Nurses.

Louise continues to develop her Leadership Team.  A recent workshop was focussed on one of our Core Values, “Excellence”, with a specialised workshop focussed on skills training to develop excellence in our field as the first step, enabling the team to building excellence in others.

 

Our Triage Software

We developed our own patented Nursing Allocations software named "Triage." Triage is online software program that is live in real time providing "desktop" portal access and Apps for mobile devices.

Triage provides our clients and our members with numerous functionalities. Our clients have the ability to book and accept shifts, download reports, approve online timesheets and have transparency to our members qualifications and expertise, providing peace of mind. Our members can set availability, upload documentation and submit timesheets online. The system provides outstanding booking speed and accuracy and can automatically match our client's requests with a member's availability, qualifications and compliance requirements.

In 2021 Louise Thomson invested in Triage with several major developments which will further enhance out ability to meet the increasing and stringent compliance requirements that our clients

Our Allocations Team

Our Nurse lead Allocations Team further cements our commitment to understanding the industry, our client requirements and providing exceptional Customer Service.

A high percentage of our Allocations Consultants are also Nurses. This is a conscious decision by Louise, our CEO to ensure that Caring for You delivers a service that understands the needs and expectations of our clients.
