1.1. The objective of this policy is to clearly explain the Returns and Exchanges process of Caring for You’s uniforms bought from the online store.
2.1. It is compulsory to wear a C4U Scrub or Polo Top when on shift. We understand you will need to check that your uniform is comfortable and fits correctly. Should your uniform be the wrong size, Caring for You Nursing Agency will issue an exchange or refund on items that are received back to us within 30 days of receiving the package.
2.2. All returned items must be in an as new and unworn condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet condition, which will be returned to the customer.
2.3. If you wish to exchange your newly purchased Uniform, please submit the form: Uniform Exchange Form
2.4. If you wish the return your Uniform unworn and receive back your purchase price, please submit the form: Uniform Return Form
2.5. To complete the transaction, all returns/exchanges must be returned within 30 days of receiving the product, if it is returned outside of this period a $10 admin fee will occur. Returns/exchanges must be sent via post and will not be exchanged or returned at our onsite office locations. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
2.6. We do not accept returned items sent back directly without submitting the relevant online form linked above.
- 2.6.1. A $10 administration fee will be implemented if the exchange/return is accepted.
- 2.6.2. If the exchange/return is not accepted the uniform will be sent back to the customer.
2.7. The original shipping fee will not be refunded back to the customer.
2.8. Accessories: The sale of accessories is final and these items are not eligible for refund or exchange. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights under Australian Consumer Law.
3.1. This policy will be reviewed on a biennial basis by the Chief Financial Officer.
3.2. Any proposed changes to this policy must be approved by the Co-CEOs.
